Description:
Currently, the system does not track or display the history of stage changes for a deal. For better visibility and auditing, a stage history tracking feature is required.

Preconditions:

  • User is logged into CRM
  • Deal exists

Steps / Flow:

  1. Login to CRM application
  2. Navigate to Deals module
  3. Create or open an existing deal
  4. Move deal across different stages (e.g., New → Qualified → Proposal → Won)
  5. Open deal details
  6. View stage history section

Current Result:

  • No stage history is recorded or displayed

Expected Result:

  • System should track all stage changes
  • Stage history should include:
    • Previous Stage
    • New Stage
    • Changed By (User)
    • Timestamp
  • History should be visible in deal detail page
